Patient Simulation - Avon & Somerset Search & Rescue (ASS&R)
It was brilliant to link up with Avon & Somerset Search and Rescue and support the team in there Search & Rescue Exercise as part of our Teaching & Simulation Partnership 
This weekend, our volunteers took to the steep ground of Goblin Combe for a search and rescue exercise, putting the L.A.S.T. principle into practice:
Locate – finding the casualty in challenging terrain Access – reaching them safely Stabilise – providing vital medical care Transport – moving them to safetyTraining in realistic environments like this helps our team stay ready for when the call comes — day or night, rain or shine.
